Just how much shit does the EPA usually get right, anyways?

FDA says no need to recall Enfamil baby formula
For my money, the EPA will be proven to have gotten this one very wrong!
Reuters -- December 30, 2011 U.S. health officials said they found no trace of a bacteria that killed two infants in recent weeks in sealed cans of Enfamil baby formula and that there was no need to recall the Mead Johnson Nutrition Co product. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said they found the bacteria, Cronobacter, in an open container of infant formula, an open bottle of nursery water and prepared infant formula, which suggests that the contamination could have occurred after the packages were opened.
